Local Manchester United fan, James, received an early Christmas surprise when he recently met his football idol, Wayne Rooney. The 15-year-old attends Middleton Technology School, a partner school of Manchester United Foundation, and was invited to the Aon Training Complex for what he thought was an interview about his involvement with the Foundation. James couldn't believe it when the Manchester United and England captain stepped out from behind a screen and presented him with a signed shirt and VIP tickets to an upcoming match.
